The Quartette Mine has been around since the turn of the century, Origionaly mined in 1900 for gold, silver and copper attributes.  It is currently being leased to a private company securing my source of Pure Gem Silica Chrysocolla and other semi precious gemstones including Turquoise, Lapis, Malichite, Azurite, Spectular Hemitie and Cuperite.

The Quartette Mine has execptional hardness due the silica content in the matrix, making this deposit a very rare find. Producing a variety of different patterns, colors, lusters and hardness to create the perfect stone to choose for all your lapidary needs.

 

Chrysocolla and Turquoise is very rare when mixed with silica and is a highly prized stone, often sought ofter in the market for fine fashionable jewerly, carvings and inlay mosaic. The stone that the Quartette Gem Co, LLC produces is a Natural Gemstone and mined in Nevada. Each item is hand mined useing traditional hand held equiptmnet by myself or by my staff.
